Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) training prepares individuals with lived experience in mental health or substance use recovery to professionally support others navigating similar challenges. The training focuses on developing skills in active listening, advocacy, ethics, and recovery-oriented practices to promote hope and empowerment. It also opens pathways to meaningful employment in the behavioral health field while allowing participants to make a positive impact in their communities.
If you register on Eventbrite, the training date for August 4th will be everyday from 9 AM – 5 PM until August 8th. The training date for August 18th will be everyday from 9 AM – 5 PM until August 22nd.
