Join the Mental Health Association of Central Florida (MHACF) and community leaders as we “Get the Ball Rolling” for Mental Health Awareness Month at Lake Eola Park on May 1, 2026. This free, feel-good community moment invites attendees to share who they are, their organization, and why mental health matters. The Lake Eola Fountain glows GREEN at dusk on Friday, May 1st—honoring the importance of mental well-being and the shared experiences that connect us all.
Last year, more than 30 incredible organizations and over 50 community members showed up and this year, we’re aiming even higher. We want to fill the park with even more people ready to connect, cheer one another on, and shine an even brighter spotlight on mental wellness. Come celebrate, explore, and be part of something truly uplifting and inspirational.
