"Mental Health is the biggest health concern in the U.S." - U.S. Surgeon General

Give the gift of hope this Giving Tuesday to help combat the largest health crisis affecting those in our community and around the world.

November 28th is the day to make your biggest impact of the year.

With the help of contributions from people like you the Mental Health Association of Central Florida can support our community’s mental health through information, referrals, treatment and more.

How Can You Get Involved On
Giving Tuesday?

Donate

Tax-exempt donations from people like you have allowed us to connect people with mental health information and treatment, provide care for the uninsured, advocate on behalf of those in need and more.

Volunteer

Giving your time can be an enriching way to help your community. We offer opportunities to contribute time to community focused volunteer events. To get started contact Charlotte at LRussa@mhacf.org
or by calling (407) 898-0110, ext. 101

Advocate

One of the best ways to help support the mental health of our community is to advocate for stronger legislative mental health support. Showing your support for things like the 988 lifeline, LGBTQIA+ rights and racial justice can make a difference to overall mental health.
